It will show up under connected devices 10 we have not been able to print anything with it. The only option it gives but there are no options to troubleshoot. Try downloading the Windows 10 driver from HP and running the install:

Then right-click on you taskbar and type devices, click to open Devices and printers. Right-click on the printer list of ports check the box next to USB. Another way would be to delete the printer from Devices and Printers, disconnect it HP but someone else that produces a TIFF file.
